Pros

Freedom Financial Network (FFN) is consistently ranked, 9 Time “Best Places To Work” Winner in Arizona! (2 years as #1). Over 2,250 employees, the stability of a large business and feel of a start-up culture. Team Freedom has new teammates, new products, and an amazing new campus (2 campuses in Tempe, AZ). All of the teams provide thoughtful, considerate feedback to build the skills and careers of everyone on the team. Everyone here is optimistic, caring, and resemble the core values every day. So far, FFN has provided everything you’d want in a new job: monthly bonuses, 401k with a 50% match, competitive pay, 3 weeks PTO, 16 hours of volunteer PTO, amazing medical benefits (Benefits Specialists actually take the time to figure out what’s best according to your lifestyle),a day off on your birthday, floating holidays, tuition assistance, and very flexible schedules. The management structure here is best described in the reflection of their core values: Care, Act with Integrity, Get Better, and Collaborate – I have not felt a void in either of those aspects since Day 1. Freedom Financial Network even helps employees in need through a fund that has no strings attached in case of personal emergencies: car broke down, house fire, etc. Freedom has a culture that embodies family and fun – at the end of the day, that’s exactly what we are and do here at FFN. From sponsoring Junior Achievements (providing financial literacy to our youth), Family events (a sponsored event for all of Freedom Financial employees and their families – not only immediate), Winter Gala, and so much more. The future is bright for Freedom Financial Network.

Cons

None at the moment, if I had any I would let management know immediately and action would take place.

No communication

Pros

The benefits are good, get good bonuses if you can achieve the impossible metrics

Cons

zero communication from management. Nobody ever knows what's happening or is even reachable since management is in so many meetings. Micromanaging is insane, job is turning into a call center environment without the calls. Frustrating to work in.

We appreciate the feedback and always strive to communicate to all employees. Our leadership is absolutely committed to coach and mentor everyone on their team and if we are missing in an area such as communication we appreciate the opportunity to improve. Freedom's culture for "Caring for everyone" and working collaboratively is very important to all of us at Freedom. I would appreciate an opportunity to learn more about your experiences while at Freedom, just email me, Linda Luman, at lluman@freedomfinancialnetwork.com and we can work together to improve our communication for you and your team. Let's connect soon, Linda Luman (leader of HR).

Pros

The culture is amazing, you don't feel like just a number. I can go to any of my leaders for anything and I don't fear for my job as my duties are clearly outlined.

Cons

Communication can be a bit of an issue when it comes to updates. There could be more accountability on how we communicate with other departments and employees.
