Pros

I have never worked for a better company. One that actually lives up to its core values. Not only do they enable me to make a great living, but they actually care about the well being of not just our clients, but us the employees as well. I just recently came home to a half empty home, wife and kids gone, and my bank account left with $30 dollars in it, a few days before my rent and monthly bills were due. They were completely understanding about my situation and not only did they allow me the flexibility with my schedule to get things I needed done, but they helped me in every way possible. They connected me to help. Counseling, multiple legal consultations, and even gave me the money to pay my rent and keep the roof over my head from the Freedom Family Fund. This company CARES!!! I will forever be thankful for this work family I have been so lucky to have, and can't say enough about how much they actually change the lives of our clients. Thank you Freedom for actually being everything you claim to be and more.

Cons

Can't think of a single one.

Pros

They bring in food trucks one a month to provide a free lunch Co workers are good people Company good about helping out with charities

Cons

Reduced pay - changed compensation plan which drastically cut employees pay in some cases up to 50+% Micro managed with activities tracker sent out multiple times a day. Use to have lose schedule now strict. Management communication very poor. Company as a whole loves titles but those with big titles don’t communicate very well to the people below them. In nutshell, FDR Negotiations Dept was a great dept where they gave you the freedom (no pun intended) to chose schedule let you manage your own portfolios with free range and compensated very well. All that is gone, if your looking to make 60-70k where your micro managed, held to strict schedule, no real career upside, not very valued and never know what managements up to them this the place for you.

Pros

This company does a lot for its employees. we get a free monthly lunch, amazing benefits such as vacation and sick time, major holidays off, 401k, health dental and vision insurance. They also donate money to employees in need through out freedom fund, we pay $3 on Wednesday to wear jeans and the company matches it and donates it to employees who have fallen on hard times. They do quite a lot for us and do try hard to make it a great place to work, at least the upper upper management. I have worked here less than 2 years and make really good money, its very easy to promote and make more money without going to being an actual member of management. I’ve made some amazing friendships at this company. I did not have call center experience prior to working here. Considering I have no college degree I’d be quite happy to work here for a very long time.

Cons

I have to admit, at least in the department I am in, the leadership team can be very hard headed and hard to find. They are constantly in meetings, and do not take well to advice given to them to make the company better. Very micro managed & they definitely take things as a personal attack if you try to suggest a change. This is only the department I’m currently in, so I can’t speak to every single department (I am not in customer service however) but it definitely gets to you a while when time and time again you voice concerns over issues that are constantly ignored.
