      Pros

      Great people - great leadership - great products. Freedom specializes in helping people who are struggling with debt, giving them hope for a better financial future. People who work at Freedom are genuinely interested in helping our clients achieve success. This is a company that does great things for people in an honest and ethical way.

      Cons

      Overall benefits and perks are great at Freedom. Sick time accrual and policies are less generous than I've experienced at other companies.

      Pros

      Freedom has an open-door policy that extends all the way to the CEO. Our company focuses on training and retaining great employees. Add that to the amount of internal opportunities given and you've got a great company to work for. The company encourages and pays attention to employees and their ideas. Every year we have an employee survey that goes out, and a few months later we are notified of which changes that were suggested are being implemented. The company is not just paying lip-service to the employees, they want to hear what we have to say.

      Cons

      Dress code could be a bit more relaxed.
