Pros

Helps people, good earning potential, not too much micromanaging, well lit office located close to the freeway so it is fairly convenient and there are some nice people

Cons

Long term top producing employees are consistently being treated unfairly. A 5 year veteran with 0 write ups or verbals on a final warning for not transferring calls correctly, a 3 year top producer having thousands of dollars getting taking from him for not transferring correctly 3 year employee has to pay back a payroll error when an entire class of new people do not have to pay back the same error, there is no fair treatment here. The culture gets worse and worse as time passes. It is extremely stressful and toxic with people constantly processing yet another unfair power play by management.

Pros

Salary is competitive, benefits are good. Flexible schedules to choose from make it easy to choose the schedule that works best for you. Paid holidays, and company sponsored events. Matched 401K plan.

Cons

Most AE's have to put in substantial overtime to make decent number of units monthly, and be willing to work weekends to make it happen. Which does get in the way of work/home life balance. Company is growing (fast), and although the Freedom culture and family/team environment is what I loved most about working here, with the excessive company growth, the culture has changed drastically. The beloved family and team environment that I loved about working here is no more. Employees are just a number. It has become more of a corporate, nobody knows your name, not so open door, not willing to listen or make positive change to benefit employees environment.

Pros

Employees were all nice to each other and we all got along great and were unified

Cons

Micromanaged. Treated like robots. Manager that doesn't care for the employees and runs it like a sweatshop.
