      Things are going more and more downhill by the day.

      Pros

      Top tier bonuses can have you making 100k plus.

      Cons

      Everything else. PTO is trash. Different attendance policies for different departments. The morale here is significantly lower than when I started but everyone is afraid to say a word because they are afraid of the 4 headed monster (VP and 3 sales managers) Everyone I know personally is riding it out while they look for better companies to work for because they don’t want to lose the income and management knows it. Everyone is stressed, Team Leads are spoken to like children, and literally no one goes to bat for for the Loan Officers. This place won best places to work two years in a row but hasn’t since. Think that’s coincidence? They probably never will again.

      Pros

      Pros? Haha... I really wish I had some. This place was a nightmare to work at for as long as I did.

      Micromanaging, awful leadership, training (or lack there of), procedures, immaturity, lack of truth.

      Pros

      It was a job and provided decent benefits pretty early on, not needing to wait 90+ days. The idea behind the company is good, but they don't live up to it.

      Cons

      Management sucks. They are not professional and very unhelpful and demotivating. They work against each other, and will throw one another under the bus for their own personal gain. The company also does not live up to it's own vision statement.
