We appreciate the feedback and are disappointed that you find our benefits do not meet your needs. Freedom prides itself on taking care of its employees and their families and we know that insurance is an important part of that equation. That’s why we’ve continued to update our offerings over the past few years with an eye on providing quality, affordable programs. While many companies are reducing their options and increasing prices, we still maintain four medical options and new employees can join the 1st of the month following their hire date. In AZ, our options include the Aetna Banner/HonorHealth high performing network plan. The monthly cost is only $30/month for employee coverage and less than $425/month for the whole family. And with 100% coverage for preventive care and primary care office visit copays still just $20, our employees tell us it is a great option. Want choice? We still provide a variety of PPO type plans that allows for in and out of network benefits tapping into the expansive Aetna provider directory and even a high deductible health plan, with an annual employer contribution, for those who want to leverage the HSA account for long-term savings. In California, we also offer popular plans through Kaiser Healthcare. Our prescription plan offers low cost options as well. Get a glimpse of what we have to offer in the Glassdoor benefits section. I would be happy to meet and discuss with you about your experience at Freedom and provide the support you need. Our hard working Sales team are experienced professionals who support our clients through a performance commission plan, going above and beyond to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. Several of our non-sales departments also have ways to earn performance based incentives. Thank you for all your efforts and work at Freedom. Here is how to contact me directly. Pros

They bring in food trucks one a month to provide a free lunch Co workers are good people Company good about helping out with charities

Cons

Reduced pay - changed compensation plan which drastically cut employees pay in some cases up to 50+% Micro managed with activities tracker sent out multiple times a day. Use to have lose schedule now strict. Management communication very poor. Company as a whole loves titles but those with big titles don’t communicate very well to the people below them. In nutshell, FDR Negotiations Dept was a great dept where they gave you the freedom (no pun intended) to chose schedule let you manage your own portfolios with free range and compensated very well. All that is gone, if your looking to make 60-70k where your micro managed, held to strict schedule, no real career upside, not very valued and never know what managements up to them this the place for you.
