      Pros

      I spent over 2 years on the marketing team at Freedom Financial Network and could not have better things to say about my experience there. From my first day to my last day, I felt like everyone from the admin level to the CMO cared about my personal growth and happiness, listened to feedback, and was transparent and proactive with the greater team. When I expressed an interest in learning about a different side of the business, the team came together to help me find ways in which to broaden my experience. When I had a problem - whether personal or job related - I felt like I was supported and given the resources I needed. Unfortunately I ended up deciding to leave in order to work closer to home, but I would not hesitate to go back in the future if an opportunity arose.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a start-up culture and a weekly happy hour, Freedom is not for you. If you are looking for a stable workplace with good work life balance where you can grow, look no further.

      Freedom is like no other employer, Freedom has unique core values that truly define who they are as an organization, CARE which is truly represented when dealing with the client base on a day to day but also importantly the employees themselves, Freedom consistently demonstrates their HEART for the employees that may find themselves in difficult times or situations, for myself Freedom was there immediately when my family & I found ourselves dealing with the unexpected, which to me answers the question to WHY I get up daily and drive 40+ miles per day one way to work for not only the best place in the Phoenix metro area but for a company that's name goes well beyond just financial freedom, FREEDOM is truly a ONE OF A KIND best place to work. THANK YOU FREEDOM for all you do through the HEART !!!

      Pros

      schedule flexibility which gives a good wok life balance

      Cons

      They have hired way to many people and leads are scare many people are missing quota and you have to figure ways to live on the hourly. I wish things were back to the way they were but it seems like when companies grow and move into newer and bigger builds things go down hill from there. Ever since the move the culture has changed drastically and people are leaving left and right.

      We appreciate the feedback and do understand if there is a change to customer leads this can be challenging. Most sales jobs do have some fluctuation based on many factors, as we do. We are very confident that our sales team still has a strong earning capability as far more than half of our sales team is meeting or exceeding goal. We have adjusted our staff size by not hiring for our sales team in May or June. We will monitor closely for the remaining months in 2018.
