      Pros

      I have been an employee with freedom for about 9 months now, and recently had medical complications that hospitalized me for 3 weeks. I was worried about falling behind on work and bills. The temporary disability wasn't enough for me to cover my expenses. My boss was able to go into a support fund that the company has, and help me with the rest. Freedom by far has been the best place I have worked, and would recommend to anyone.

      Pros

      Literally nothing. The underwriting department doesn't do their job, they don't try to retain any clientele, their training is horrible and they set you up for failure. Management does more talking than listening, their system is always down, and they don't have their employee base in their best interest.

      Cons

      If you can imagine every negative scenario that has occurred in the workplace, this place tops it by an arm and a leg.

      Pros

      Evey day is a new day at freedom. coming into work knowing that i get to t making change in someones life. freedom keep their employee motivated and that is always a plus for. I plan on being with this freedom until I retire.

      None. I love this place
