Pros
Timely paychecks, great benefits, and generally friendly people... but that is where it stops.
Cons
The company has grown so swiftly that it is no longer a tight knit community where you are recognized for your worth. Instead, new management has been hired and they do not promote from within anymore. The new managers are bringing in people from the companies that they worked for previously and are paying them (the new people) more than what the veterans make and giving them senior titles. It has become a hostile work environment where veteran employees are treated like orphans that nobody wants. The company is so busy with making money, that they forgot about all of the original people who are still there helping to make the company progress into the future.
