      The company has good business platform except some people in the management level does not have managerial skills.

      Pros

      The company provides an opportunity to make decent money being that the compensation scheme includes base and commission.

      Cons

      The market is somewhat saturated and people are calling their creditors themselves. Likewise, creditors are working with the consumers themselves so the need for a third party to do the debt settlement becomes minimal.

      Hybrid work environment with decent benefits

      Pay is incredibly inconsistent, upper management is being forced to pressure sales team to hit unsustainable goals which creates a stressful work environment with low moral and a constant pressure on job security.
