Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are always looking for ways to continue to get better and we understand there was some frustration with changes to the commission plans that were done with the best intentions. We heard the feedback and have worked hard over the last several months to find ways to improve the compensation plan. We are thrilled to say that our recent reporting for all of our Debt Consultant (DC) commissions show that they are higher than they have been in over 5 years. We are confident that we have the right plan to incentivize our DCs to achieve their own financial goals while helping our members move forward on a path to better financial future.
