Pros

Work from home majority of the time

Cons

Sales commissions have dramatically decreased over the last year. Turnover rate has been high. The culture is not the same working in sales as it is with most other positions in Achieve You have to work most weekends to barely hit goal Concerns for pay have been ignored by management and have lead to people quiting and them just hiring new people hoping to put a bandaid on a failing system. lead quality has been really bad. Also our funding is much slower than our competitors.

Pros

I worked for Achieve for about 3 years. It was a great place to work for, the owners did actually care for what they do and those who they employed. One thing in particular I want to shout out here, is their DEI program. I know, DEI programs are being attacked from all fronts in today's society, however Achieve's DEI initiatives seems to actually embrace diversity and respect every person's differences, regardless of their skin color, ethic origin, and personalities. This brings up one of the most underrated perks I took away from my time in Achieve - they have one of the best employee training programs and teams I have ever had luck to be part of. This is so far the only company I have worked for where I actually not just enjoyed their employee training but took away probably life long useful lessons from it. Me and several senior trainers both agree that the owners actually do care about what they say, instead of running such programs solely because the law required them to or they wanted to virtual signaling to boost their market share. Too bad, not many other companies are doing the same which is probably the reason why such programs have come under massive attacks today.

Cons

Too bad the company has been through tough times and had to rely on private equity to fund its operations, and layoffs are happening in an increasing fashion. It will be really bad if the owners are forced to sell the company's majority stake eventually because I personally feel like they are standout businessmen. Wish I could have stayed longer but I believe there are structural issues they will have to fix that is not doable with money or layoffs.
