They celebrate wins, they listen when things are tough, and they never stop encouraging us to aim higher. I love when Josh, the CEO comes to trainings and encourages us. It’s inspiring! He sends out emails weekly sharing all the public Google reviews from our students. This place changes lives and you get to actually see it daily.

Cons
If you’re not ready to push yourself and keep improving, this probably isn’t the place for you. The only complaints I hear are the employees that don’t want to push themselves and grow. Leadership expects excellence, which can feel intense at times, but it’s what makes the team strong and successful. I actually like that about Achieve Today. Everyone’s contribution is visible and valued, which means you’re always challenged to bring your best.
