Pros

Free food. Very small cash incentives for small sales. Wasn’t far to drive. Can’t think of any more. Wish I would have asked the tough questions before starting like “what’s the turnover of your sales floor?” And “what’s your average entry-level salesperson make?”

Cons

If you enjoy underachieving while working 6 days a week, literally living like a starving student, and you don’t have a conscience, then you’ll love working here! The coaching programs you sell aren’t worth much. The leads are terrible. All the good ones go to the long-time employees. You’re literally sucking poor people’s credit cards dry.
