You can learn perseverance by working through weeks of low pay.

Cons

Hard to be a top earner here. I never figured it out. Felt like I was cheating people getting them to charge $thousands on their credit cards for coaching. Felt dirty to have a thousand go to me for sales commission when they charge many thousand on their credit cards.

Achieve Today is a great place to work! I love how uplifting and supportive the work environment is. My achievements are always recognized and I'm able to receive help when I need it. I love that the company practices what they preach. And not only do I get to help others better themselves, but I can work on my own self progress as well. We are always well rewarded and recognized for our wins and successes!

Cons

I would love some healthier food incentives!

Personal Development - Being around the coaches and the positive leadership of the company it is impossible not to improve on your personal development. I have accomplished more goals in the couple months I have worked here than I have in the last 2 years of my life! Every week I have hit another personal milestone. It's amazing! Employee Appreciation - Stickers, food days, competitions, drawings with awesome prizes, retreats Great Location - In Central Orem close to everything Schedules - Flexible and hybrid available (varies per position) Education - Employees have access to the personal development platform with over 500+ courses available. Bonus - opportunities available

Cons

The starting pay is on the lower end of the scale. The office environment can be overstimulating.
