One of the best experiences I've ever had working with this company and especially their CEO and management team! I'm looking forward to working with them again in the future! The culture is amazing!!! Paul, Dave, Adam, Nolan and the rest of the company are genuine quality people. The transparency and closeness of this group is what's needed again in corporate America!

Cons

Hard to cite any but the schedule isn't for everyone. That's all!

Pros

This is a personal development company, so nearly all of the people are working to better themselves. The environment is friendly, and there is hardly ever any contention between coworkers.

Cons

The only downside of working for this company is some of the people that get hired on. Some people join our team without knowing what our company is about. These people are the people unwilling to change and full of anger or frustration. They typically do not last long, as it's hard to be around happy people when you're not there yourself.
