Pros
This company truly upholds the positive and friendly culture. From the moment I was hired, I have been treated like a long time employee. The personal attention received has been phenomenal ! Everyone here is always smiling and laughing with each other. They really enjoy helping people and not leaving anyone behind. They focus on leaving people better than they found them; which is something most companies overlook.
Cons
All things considered; the schedule is a little undesirable due to the fact that I was used to working a very early AM schedule. I am not used to working until late in the evening so my wife and I have had to make arrangements with our children. Although this schedule is unfavorable, the culture and positive energy make up for it.
