Why do they care so much?

I have a unique vantage point, I get to come in as an outsider and observe. Here are my thoughts. Everyone who I can hear on the phone is genuinely concerned with the well being of the client. I hear them talk to the client but the part not many get to see is the conversation after the call. I see and hear the staff talking amongst one another about how they hope to help Mr or Mrs blank. My favorite water cooler talk is how excited the staff gets about the success that their clients are having in the programs.

Cons

I have been working with them for close to 6 months and I haven't seen anything to list as a Con. Maybe the cost of their highest program is more than some can afford but I think they do a great job offering lower cost options so its not really a Con.
