Pros

There are some of the best people that work at Achieve Today! They have a great company culture with breakfast every Friday, monthly lunch, quarterly movie, and great spiffs and company parties! They contribute a huge amount towards medical insurance and Achieve Today tries to do right by their students and employees.

Cons

The salaries for admin are average.

Large focus on a happy workplace. Plenty of hours. Very thorough on establishing expectations. Wonderful energy. Laid back while keeping a professional atmosphere with standards. Great incentives. I'd give a 5, but I only recently began work here.

Cons

Work Saturdays, seems logical to fit peak hours.

After just a few weeks of working at achieve today, I have realized how grateful I am to be a part of a company that encourages personal growth inside and outside of work. I have been studying outside of work with the encouragement of my team lead, and I have found myself already creating more positive routines and habits. Being able to help others through the work we do while being surrounded by amazing and supportive people who celebrate my success and always greet me with a smile is such a beautiful thing. When working at Achieve Today, people are given tools and opportunities to learn, grow, and become better each day. Very happy to be here!
