Pros

The environment at this company is awesome. I've never worked for such an fun company. You come to work & talk to everyone; like I said, we're a big family. The only people you don't know are the newbies, but that only lasts for a month before you're good friends with them too. Management truly cares about you. If you ever have a concern, they have an open door policy to discuss it with them. Bottom line, I love coming to work.

Communication could be improved, as well as equipment.

What I love about working at Achieve Today is the fact that I get to do what I love. I get to help people and inspire people to become more, to do more, and be more! I love knowing that what I do everyday makes a huge difference in other peoples lives!!!

Cons

Some of the challenges are that you will have to be willing to set up in certain areas even if it is not part of your "job description" I do not see this as a bad thing but more opportunity to learn and to grow! I personally love the challenge!

I have worked here for less than a year and I am already making great money and have been promoted. I love that this is an organization that rewards hard work and the right skill set. I am very grateful that I made the decision to work here.

Cons

It is not the right job for everyone. It takes commitment and going the extra mile. I see people here that just put in the minimum effort and they are not happy.
