Pros

The training's I receive not only help me perform better on the job but in my personal life as well. I've received A LOT from being employed here from the bonus plans to the free lunches to the exceptional care and well being for my own personal life. The atmosphere is warm, fun, positive and very inviting. This is the type of job where your recognized for all your accomplishments and where you feel appreciated. I LOVE WORKING HERE and so will you.

Cons

You need to stay focused and really care and connect well with the other person on the phone

Pros

You can get access to what they give the students at no cost if you have been here long enough. Also you can talk with the coaches cause they work on the same floor. They will even give you up to a 75% discount based on how long you have been here. They support you if you have other projects outside of work like a business. What they teach here can help you what what ever you have going on in your life. I'll grow this company like its my own!

Cons

Training coming in could have been better. Its all on the job at this point and recorded videos and audios. I learned that they do have a sales trainer though he is at the other office in Idaho. You can set appointments with him one on one though it would also have been good if he was involved somehow in the transition.

Pros

Great environment, Great product! Get to help people improve their lives and achieve more then they ever could on their own. Awesome job satisfaction knowing you are improving the world one student at a time. Look forward to going to work everyday.

Cons

Half of IT department is greatly lacking necessary skills. Jon is awesome though.

Thank you for the review! We have listened to your feedback and have really tried to focus on our IT department and help it become better. We have changed our phone system, email, server hosting, and many other things in these last few weeks to resolve these issues. We have even hired another new IT person to help with the work load! Thank you again for the feedback. We will always listen and improve.
