Pros

Good benefits and well that's just about it and the sandwiches.

Cons

Long hours and too many politics. Plan on going weeks without pay when you start. Plan on being blamed for everything. Better believe every bad review you read. I ignored them and am paying the price.

Pros

A lot of training Weekly observations Professional environment

Cons

If you are not from Teach for America then forget it. You will be passed over for any recognitions or promotions. It is run like a company... I might nickname this the "education corporation."

Pros

The students and most coworkers.

Cons

No work life balance and a high-stress work environment. Leadership does not respect your personal time. You are not valued as an individual, but made to feel like a puppet, simply parroting what is dictated to you.
