Pros

Coworkers were very dedicated. Professional development was insightful and rigorous. The school is explicit and thoughtful regarding what it requires to be successful, and rewards competent teaching. There is real passion for the success of its students.

Cons

Long working hours, some challenging classroom environments, turnover, risk of warping staff and student growth from 'manufacturing' development on a very tight timeline.
