Inspiring place to work

Pros

-Mission-driven, hard-working colleagues. -Kids are amazing and work incredibly hard. -Some of the strongest professional development you can find. -CEOs and network leadership are transparent about AF's strengths and areas of growth - constantly pushing to be better. -Network works hard to provide top-quality instructional resources for teachers.

Cons

-This is a place with high expectations where you will be pushed to grow constantly. A first year at AF (either as a teacher or leader) can be a stressful adjustment, even for those with years of experience in education. -Experiences will vary by school - the network is pushing hard to support all schools in meeting the vision of excellence.
