      Pros

      -Really positive environment at my school. People care about each other. -Getting some incredible results with kids -Solid benefits/comp - especially if you stay + advance on teacher career pathway -Good coaching. I've grown a ton

      Cons

      -Culture seems pretty different school by school -Staff isn't diverse enough yet, especially for the work we do -Network this big should have had stronger plans for every subject by now (focus for this year) -Pressure is real / expectations are high
