Pros

Some great people work there! Kind, values-driven folks.

Cons

Leadership enables some moves that don’t align with values and treat people poorly. Equity is preached but not actually lived out.

Pros

Strong AF curriculum and programming. The families were also good in the sense that they were communicative and held their kids accountable. There was a level of home-school partnership.

Cons

Large classes and a very full schedule made it difficult for me to plan and get meaningful work done during the day.
