Pros

Decent pay and good food catered regularly.

Cons

bad training, students run the school, "leadership" defends the students FIRST while devaluing and humiliating the teacher. Makes too many changes before one thing can actually work. Extremely stressful and toxic culture. The students can get away with anything. Dean of Students is a joke. ZERO work life balance.
