Diverse staff, strong student-teacher relationships, leaders are understanding and empathetic, strong emphasis on safety and positive school culture,

Cons

Poor work/life balance, Disorganization and miscommunication between leadership and staff, limited resources for educators, limited support/opportunities for growth for teachers to improve in their craft, ineffective interventions for students with exceptional needs. Staff is diverse but lacks push for understanding of antiracist attitudes. Terrible health insurance benefit
