      Pros

      Students are amazing and overall student culture is positive and respectful. You will have some autonomy if you are a good teacher over your own curriculum and lesson plans.

      Cons

      The Admin (Leadership team) is the most incompetent team in the school most lack both academic knowledge and experience to lead any team. Example, there is a math dean who does not know high school math. Most deans take extended time off and don't have any output. A lot of talk no work is their game.
