Pros

The pay was somewhat good for an individual who recently graduated; holidays/time off are also a plus.

Cons

The hours are long and tireless; leadership is more concerned about data versus the wellbeing of students.

Pros

I had never heard of paid maternity leave for a teacher prior to working here. If you work for more than a year you’ll get 3 months paid maternity in full! If you work less than a year in the network you’ll only get 60% which is still admirable!

Cons

Like every charter school, long school days can be tough.

Pros

Diverse work environment. Lots of room for growth. Administration support future path as long as you express interest

Cons

Their are long work hours which at times can be overwhelming. The work life balance is encouraged but hard to maintain
