Pros

A great organization to learn and grow at (depending on if your school and leadership team is organized). Excellent place for new teachers to start at.

Cons

Lots of turn over at city charter schools in general means you're constantly training new people instead of refining your systems and making the work long term sustainable. Can feel micro-managey depending on who your direct reports or coaches are.
