      Pros

      This is a fantastic position if you are looking to switch careers to teaching. You will ease in to teaching, but will also be challenged. They also work really closely with your grad school program to make it really easy to work and go to school.

      Cons

      There is definitely a lot of work involved and they do set the bar high for their teachers in residence.
