      This organization is a good place to get your feet wet in the education field without alot of bureaucracy to work through. For the most part, the people who work for this organization have a heart for kids and want to do whatever they can to ensure that our kids are successful in their long term career. Additionally, this is a place that is truly committed to fighting racial injustice in the educational space which is commendable.
