      Pros

      Being able to live out the mission of this school everyday is fulfilling in so many ways. It is wonderful to teach in a work environment that embraces diversity and meets the needs of everyone in our community. There are constant and consistent opportunities to grow and gain various experiences within the organization.

      Cons

      If transitioning from another education environment there is a significant learning curve. Hours and expectations are more significant than other teaching opportunities.

      Pros

      School is focused on social and emotional learning, supportive and engaging staff. Hours are good for charter school 7:10-3:30pm. Pay is very good compared to other charter look. Company looked at my salary and compensated me accordingly.
