Pros

Salaries are on the higher end as far as charter schools go.

Cons

There is very little consistency in terms of teachers, school leaders or curriculum therefore schools are not making the academic gains that an organization as established as AF should be making.

Pros

Good benefits and well that's just about it and the sandwiches.

Cons

Long hours and too many politics. Plan on going weeks without pay when you start. Plan on being blamed for everything. Better believe every bad review you read. I ignored them and am paying the price.
