Pros

High pay for position but not much else. Good benefits but still not worth the incredible aggravation of working there.

Cons

The hours they expected you to work were absurd, there is absolutely no work-life balance to speak of. They expect it to become your entire life. Very political, one size fits all mentality in their approach to teaching. If you disagree, they will punish you.

Pros

Great training and professional development. Very organized and focused organization. Amazingly talented employees.

Cons

Horrible work-life balance, not the best school cultures and respect for distinctive communities, ridiculously high expectations for employees, which have caused a lot to jump ship.
