Incredible network to work for

Pros

AF is FULL of amazing people and the four years I worked there I felt entirely supported by both my school team and the entire AF network. The PD is mostly very good and AF works hard to secure strong principals and deans who provide excellent coaching at each school. Kids are put first and my school worked hard to foster a warm, fun, challenging, and interactive environment for our students.

Cons

No real cons apart from the usual work/life balance struggles of most charter schools.
