Pros

Strong AF curriculum and programming. The families were also good in the sense that they were communicative and held their kids accountable. There was a level of home-school partnership.

Cons

Large classes and a very full schedule made it difficult for me to plan and get meaningful work done during the day.

Pros

High expectations and academic rigor (great in most cases); clear work expectations for staff

Cons

Not the best environment for students with significant behavioral or learning challenges, teachers are already doing a lot to manage class and teach so asking them to track data or implement BIP can be tough. Had some opportunities to grow but not much - difficult to stay long term
