      Pros

      Camaraderie with your coworkers, experience working in an intense environment. If you can make it here, you can probably make it at any school.

      Cons

      Lack of support/PD/resources for world language teachers, many depressed workers, many people who quit midyear causing stress on staff who remain, many unhappy kids (but not everyone). Maybe these things have changed in the past few years.

      Lots of to do work. Charter school come of a bit Racist at times.
