      I didn't feel like there were any pros of working here.

      Cons

      Militaristic style of teaching and disciplining students. I would never send my kids as students or recommend anyone to work there.

      The pay was pretty good, some of the teachers look out for each other.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership that will gaslight every chance they get. Communication is nonexistent unless you're apart of the inner circle, and if you're on the outs, you're basically done. Training, organization, collaboration, leadership, and teamwork are not present. You'll be lucky to recieve a real break and a bathroom break because you'll teach your classes and cover for whoever is absent during your free block.
