Pros

This company gives many opportunities for development. Teachers get ample training, deans do as well. We are well prepared with skills that help us manage the classroom as well as be able to teach the content. The network provides many resources such as PD's, access to curriculum developers, share network platforms, vetted lesson plans. The amount of support for those working on the academic side of things is ample.

Cons

This company has been narrow minded in some of it's focuses. It has struggled to see big picture the implications of years of decisions made by white leaders and must see the impact on students of color and many employees of color. There are gaps in senior leaderships ability to represent the people it most serves.
