      Knowledgeable coaches that are consistently giving effective and actionable feedback. Leaders validate the staffs feedback/thoughts and addresses them quickly. Teacher goals have a timely deadline and are clear to follow.

      Cons

      Rooms look a bit outdated As far as instruction, everything needs to be followed with time stamps, which leaves little room for freedom to do celebrations or fun modeling of content.
