Pros

It gives me my freedom for my life, and the hours that I work are the best I have ever had. For the most part the people are extremely positive and out going.

Cons

Some teachers / older tech train by when you do wrong and not by showing the correct way the first time. This makes it very annoying /awkward when learning the correct system/ process.
