- Due to the nature of the role, working out in the field remotely covering a vast territory can sometimes be isolating. - However at Acosta Group this theme runs deep at the companies core values, and is amplified by a cold dissociation from Account Managers and even at Director level. - The work carried out in the field is rarely understood or acknowledged by the office team, which leads to lack of trust. - No clear cut work/life balance, personal sacrifices made to support the business go unmentioned.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are truly saddened that we had to make some of our team redundant during the pandemic. Unfortunately, the nature of our industry means that our client's can decide to reduce team sizes or make changes to the structure and there is not too much we can do once the decision has been made - this decision also meant that furlough was not an option as the role was no longer there. We do try to move any employee that is facing redundancy into another role within the business, however, on this occasion we were sadly unable to find a role. There are a number of ways to feedback through management and we actively welcome this engagement. We want to provide a great place to work for everyone and take on board comments from across all roles and levels. Our employee surveys directly impact policy development and practices to make the company better. Please do feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss your review any further.

The people are fantastic and the company have really committed to their focus on making it a great place to work. Management truly care about the team and doing the right thing.

Cons

It is a typical agency business and low margin which makes it tough and the market is really competitive.
