Great people and remote flexibility, but low pay and unclear development

Professional development unclear. Lots of resources but difficult to navigate initially. Low pay.

Limited supervision, fairly easy work if experienced.

Cons

Terrible mileage program. 80 mile per day minimum threshold (yes the first 80 miles are on your dime) then its only .30 a mile. There are zero monetary incentives other than job security, Lack of promotion opportunities for field employees.
