They hire you with a lot of hours then give you two a month.

401k is matched at 33%.

Cons

They hire you giving you 25 hours a week and then cut it down to two hours a month. They mess up the schedules. They will hire you for an area then tell you that your home is too far away from the stores. They do this so they dont have to pay mileage. Why hire me in the first place?

Three days off as a "full time" employee. Generally assigned close to living residence, excluding travel team. Definitely will hire almost anyone.

Cons

Salary "Full time" schedule Creative time keeping for hours worked Supervisors can vary on logical work process and cadence. Definitely will hire almost anyone. As a full time employee, maybe you can work 38-40 hours on a good week. Usually 35 is average.
