      Nice people, flexible, terrific training program, reasonable work hours-great work life balance

      Cons

      Pay in some roles is lower than other companies but the tradeoff for work life balance and flexibility make it worth it

      Love the work always new and interesting projects

      Too many photos When answering questions you have to make multiple trips back and forth I feel all the photos and questions should be lined up together instead of taking a photo in one area and going to a different area and back to where you started. Complete all the photos in one area then more to the next instead of all the back and forth motion
