Pros

Leadership takes an interest in elevating those who perform and show willingness/desire to grow. I've been promoted multiple times and I've seen it plenty with others, being given leadership opportunities.

Cons

Acosta Group is a large company with many different arms. It can feel silo'd and complicated, though many efforts are being taken to bring teams together/teach all about it all.
