Pros

LDP - The Leadership and Development Program is one of the best early career program offerings by a company. Lasting 18-months it is designed as an immersive experience that allows the participant rotate through the Retail, Sales, Business Intelligence and Marketing departments to gain an understanding of how each departments works to service Acosta clients.

Cons

More training and development programs for current employees. I will suggest creating more opportunities for current employees to develop additional skillsets to advance in the company. There is alot of great untapped talent at Acosta that just needs to be given an opportunity.

Pros

Acosta Group is so dedicated to employee development! They offer their own courses and access to LinkedIn Learning. They also do quarterly development days and really intentional goal-setting for career growth. As a whole, the company is very flexible and focused on employee wellness/ work-life harmony. I love the hybrid model!

Cons

Some systems and processes are outdated but I know they are working on modernizing and updating.

Pros

Since the acquisition, I have been very pleased with the progress and positive changes that have come about at Premium. There have been excellent offerings of furthered career training for growth within my current role, as well as preparations for future advancements. One of the biggest things for me is the work life balance; the change with this has been incredible. We have a driving focus and successful feeling when it comes to all of our clients. When we succeed, they succeed! Honesty and integrity have always been two things I try to live my life by everyday and I truly believe that Acosta does the same.

Cons

At times, there seems to be some gaps in the communication paths, through the levels of management. More open direct communication would be greatly appreciated, to ensure our field management and field associates have all the needed tools and information to continue to be successful.
