The people I have worked with at Acosta Group / Premium are some of the best you will ever meet! I started as a field rep and have worked my way to an account manager! I controlled what I was able to control, did my best everyday with a smile and that opened doors and opportunities for me to advance! I am so grateful for the various opportunities I've had in my time here!

Cons

I had a manager who once said, "The only thing constant in retail is change." That is certainly true in this industry. Change happens constantly based on business/client needs. This makes the ability to adapt and "go with the flow" a must.
